Member of the reseach group "Ancient History, Archaeology and Territorial Analysis" (HAAAT) of the UDC, i´m also tutor-professor of Ancient History and Ancient Art History at the UNED (Associated Center of A Coruña)
my reseach interess are centered in Ancient History, archaeology, and institutional history of western "barbarian" societies, and the influence of his contact with roman empire, a complementary issue of my reseach in this field is the perception of the "barbarism" in post-roman times and european historiographic tradition. Another of my reseach interest is the ethnography with a diachronic point of view, basically focused in two main issues: folk narrative and ritual, especially legal rituals, in folklore
