About

I am Associate Professor at the Department of Social and Organizational Psychology at the Spanish University for Distance Education (UNED). I received my University degree and Doctorate (PhD) from UNED. My doctoral thesis about “The Psychosocial Study of the Entrepreneur” (2005) was award and published by the Spanish Economic and Social Council (ESC).

My research interests focus on Work and Organizational Psychology, and more precisely on Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Organizational Identification and Retirement. I am a founding member of INPERE (International Network of Psychology of Entrepreneurship Research and Education, www.inpere.org). I have been the coordinator of the Erasmus Intensive Programme “Psychology of Entrepreneurship: Research and Education” for three years (2006-2009).
